My boyfriend of 5 years is packing up and moving 4 states...do I pack up and follow (since he is desperately begging me to move with him) or stay behind because I'm not sure he will ever really be "The One"??

If you aren't sure by now, will you ever be? It's a tough decision, I'm sure, but you should really weigh whether moving now and breaking his heart later will be the best thing for the both of you. Maybe if he's understanding, he'll let you stay for a while and then move if you decide it is best for you. Good luck!
