OK, help me out here - One of my former employees visits me a couple of times a week. From the time we start talking to the end of the conversation, her nipples go from flat to practically poking out of her shirt. And my office is nowhere near cold. Is there anyway this could mean something? Even if it doesn't mean anything, it's a huge turn-on.

Nipples can go hard for no reason, sometimes. I know theres been many instances where I've been talking to someone that I'm not attracted to, and I look down minutes later and see them poking out. Bodies can be embarrassing. It's sort of like how guys can get an erection out of nowhere, it just sort of happens sometimes. That doesn't mean she's not into you, though.

While I was out of my office today, she left me a note - "Where are you?" I recognized her handwriting immediately.
