Go out for a drink with him and just flirt your way into his bed. It's really not hard once you feel comfortable around him... hence the above mentioned drink;o)

Invite him over your place, set the mood with some dim lighting & serve some wine. If the conversation is going great, turn on some soft music & see where things go. If he's shy also & the conversation is dying, pop in a movie, preferably a comedy. You can both share laughs & get close that way. P.S. If you're a good cook, prepare some appetizers or desserts for the evening. Men love to eat. Prepare something sexy like chocolate covered strawberries or make one large ice cream sundae & the two of you can eat it out of the same bowl. After the sundae is eaten, keep all of the toppings in an easily accessible place, they may come in handy later! :)
