I hate it when I leave that someone a message and that person does not reply back. When I know for a fact they have received it.

I'm not a guy... but I think they do it because they put things into priorities. You're just a lesser priority than whatever he's doing at the time. Might not be personal. I agree, though, it drives me nuts too. I also think that sometimes they do it on purpose to keep us annoyed.
